The New Moon “Watch” begins on the dates given, but the actual sighting may differ, thus you will need to calculate the New Moon Feasts and Jewish Holidays from the actual sighting of the New Moon.

To properly observe the New Moon feasts and Jewish holidays, the New Moon must be visually seen from Israel.
